Full Bloom: April 14th

Additionally, Tsuruga Castle is traditionally illuminated at night during the cherry blossom season. The details for this year's illumination event are as follows:
Dates: From April 3rd (Wednesday) to May 6th (Monday/holiday)
Time: From dusk until 21:30
(After the cherry blossom period, the illumination will continue until 21:00.)
